Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
